Springbok Sevens shine with humility in Vancouver (VIDEO)

During their journey in snowy Canada, the Springbok Sevens spared some time to help a local with a flat tyre on the cold streets of Vancouver.

A lady was stranded after her car caught a flat in the streets of the Canadian city. However, she was saved by her very own South African superheroes in the guise of the Blitzboks as members of the team were happy to help out.

The likes of Cecil Afrika, Chris Dry, Philip Snyman and Branco du Preez (just to name a few) all played a hand in helping the citizen put on her spare wheel.

During their kind act, another local made it clear to the lady that these were the “world champions of their sport”, highlighting the players’ humility.

Well done, Springbok Sevens… flying the South African flag on and off the field!
